By using JackAI you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and JackAI, operated from Hyderabad, India.
You agree not to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the product, or use JackAI for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
The core Jack assistant is free. Specialist skills are billed monthly at ₹10 per skill per month. You may cancel any skill at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
JackAI and all related product, design, and technology is owned by us. Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service to you.
JackAI is provided as-is. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
